Charm City Circulator

Charm City CirculatorThe Charm City Circulator offers stops that are conveniently located near the Dockmaster piers. Please see map for stop locations. The Harbor Connector provides free service between Tide Point and Canton Waterfront Park and Tide Point and Maritime Park.

A premium docking fee will be charged for docking at Pier 5 during Pier 6 events.

Shorepower is an additional: $8.00 for 30 AMP $10.00 for 50 AMP

West Shore Park and Walter Sondheim Fountain
Located between the Visitor Center and Science Center
The West Shore Park features a large ‘great lawn’ that provides fun, family friendly opportunities at the Harbor. The addition of the Walter Sondheim Fountain adds another dimension of delight for children to run and play in an interactive fountain built for active use.

Pierce’s Park
Located on the Waterfront’s Pier 5
A one-of-a-kind Waterfront park, Pierce’s Park is located on the Waterfront’s Pier 5 and features native plantings, natural play areas for children, and original sculptures designed for exploration and fun. And now, two NEW pieces of play equipment have been added!

Pandora Ice Rink at Baltimore Inner Harbor
Now through January 18

Ice Rink is complete with a skate shack, rentals, concessions and entertainment, as well as special events like SkateFest, a learn-to-skate program and more.

Light City

This festival of lights, music and innovation will be held around the Inner Harbor promenade from Harborview to Harbor Point. The light installations are free and open to the public.  Some concert venues will be ticketed, as will the tech expo/conference.

Baltimore Book Festival
Friday, September 23 at 11:00 A.M. – Sunday, September 25 at 7:00 P.M.
Located around the Inner Harbor Promenade

This festival features more than 200 celebrity and local authors, readings, workshops, children’s activities, panel discussions, cookbook demonstrations, more than 100 exhibitors and book sellers, live music, food and more.

Dock your boat and continue to enjoy the Baltimore waterfront using the Charm City Circulator’s Harbor Connector, a free water taxi service to Maritime Park, Tide Point, Canton Waterfront Park, Harbor View and Harbor East.

• First Boat leaves Harbor View (Landing 9) at 7:00am

Maritime Park (Landing 8) and Tide Point (Landing 10) Operating Hours

• First Boat leaves Maritime Park (Landing 8) at 7:00am
• Last boat leaves Maritime Park at 6:45pm
• Last boat leaves Tide Point (Landing 10) at 7:00pm

• First boat leaves Canton Waterfront Park (Landing 16) at 7:00am

Headway: Every 30 minutes.

Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. No round trips permitted.
