19th Annual Baltimore Book Festival

13th Annual Apple Festival

Each year at the Apple Festival, hosted by the Women’s Civic League and Baltimore Recreation and Parks, the League bestows its Clean City Award. This award is given to a Baltimore City Public Works employee for their outstanding work. The League also awards scholarships each year to deserving graduating seniors destined for college. At this year’s Festival, the League will award a prize for its poster contest depicting a Clean, Green, and Safe City.
